Executive Calibration Assessment

Structured Diagnostic for Senior Professionals

Strong English and strong executive communication are not the same thing. Many experienced managers explain strategy clearly in prepared settings yet find their responses narrow under spontaneous questioning. Interruption shortens structure. Direct disagreement introduces hesitation. Time pressure pushes thinking into operational detail. The ideas remain sound, but their delivery under scrutiny becomes unstable.
The Executive Calibration Assessment is designed to observe this directly.
This is not a coaching session. It is a structured diagnostic that allows me to see how you think and respond under varying levels of professional pressure so that an appropriate development path can be prescribed.

First Step: Introductory Fit Call

Before scheduling the Executive Calibration Assessment, we begin with a short introductory call. This conversation confirms that the work matches your role, responsibilities, and objectives, and ensures the assessment will be useful and appropriate.

The call lasts 15–20 minutes and is complimentary.

If the work appears suitable, we then schedule the Executive Calibration Assessment.

Purpose of the Assessment

Purpose of the Assessment
Senior professionals often sense that something shifts in high stakes conversations but cannot easily identify what or why. The assessment isolates those patterns.
During the session I observe how you:

• structure responses when time is limited
• maintain strategic altitude under questioning
• summarise priorities under compression
• respond to contradiction and assumption challenge
• hold authority when judgement is tested
These observations allow me to determine whether Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 is appropriate to your current performance level.
Programme placement is always based on evidence from this session, not self selection.

What Happens in the Session

The session lasts approximately 75 minutes and is conducted one to one.
It progresses through five stages, with pressure introduced gradually and professionally.

1. Baseline Discussion – You describe current responsibilities, decisions, and priorities. This establishes your natural operating level.

2. Controlled Compression – You are asked to summarise, prioritise, and respond within time limits. This reveals structural discipline.

3. Assumption Challenge – Strategic reasoning is questioned calmly to observe pushback and recovery patterns.

4. High Stakes Scenario – A realistic executive situation is introduced to observe composure and authority under scrutiny.

5. Structured Feedback – I explain observed strengths, instability patterns, and the recommended development path.

The tone is calm and professional throughout. The aim is clarity, not performance theatre.

Who This Assessment Is For

This work is appropriate for senior professionals who:

  • operate in international or high‑stakes environments
  • already use English professionally at an advanced level
  • recognise instability when questioned, interrupted, or challenged
  • want disciplined, structured improvement rather than conversational practice

Fee

The Executive Calibration Assessment fee is $250.
If you enrol in any programme within three months of the assessment, the full amount is credited toward your intervention.
The assessment itself is a professional service and is not contingent on programme enrolment.

Next Step: Executive Fit Call — Communication Assessment

This confidential 20-minute call determines whether the Executive Communication programmes are appropriate for your situation.

We will briefly discuss your current role, communication challenges, and the types of high-pressure situations you face. I will then outline whether Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 training is suitable, or whether a different approach would be more appropriate.

This is not a sales call. It is a professional suitability assessment designed for senior managers working internationally in English.
