WHO I AM

My name is Colin Dorman, and I help non-native English-speaking professionals communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in global leadership roles.

I’m originally from the UK and have spent more than 20 years coaching international managers, team leaders, senior executives, and high-potential professionals across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

When I moved into teaching 20 years ago, I noticed something fascinating: the most talented professionals—the technical experts, the brilliant analysts—were hitting the same walls I had. Not because they lacked intelligence, but because no one had taught them the language of leadership.

That's when I found my true calling: bridging the gap between technical expertise and leadership communication."
