12 weeks. 90 minutes per week.
Applied directly to your real work.
For senior managers who lead in English and want to communicate
with more clarity, authority, and impact in the moments that matter.
Most communication coaching focuses on technique — frameworks, structures, presentation skills. This programme focuses on something more specific: the gap between what you think and what comes out, in real situations, under real pressure.
Over 12 weeks you will become more effective in the situations that determine how you are perceived, how much influence you have, and how far your ideas travel.
Before the programme
– Your point arrives too late or not at all
– You soften messages that need to be direct
– Pressure triggers over-explanation
– You feel less effective with senior stakeholders
– Your ideas don’t get the traction they deserve
After the programme
✔ You lead with your point, clearly and early
✔ You are direct without being blunt
✔ You influence instead of explain
✔ You hold your ground with senior stakeholders
✔ Your ideas get heard, challenged, and acted on
Check-in (10 min)
We review what happened since last session — what you tried, what worked, what didn’t.
Situation focus (30 min)
You bring a real situation from your working week. We look at exactly what happened, what you said, and what you were trying to achieve.
Communication work (30 min)
We work on the specific gap — structure, delivery, real-time response, presence. Live practice with immediate feedback.
Application (20 min)
We translate the work into something concrete for the following week — a specific situation, a specific change.
