Programme Fees & Structure

How the programmes are structured

Each programme is designed around a specific aspect of professional communication: clarity, influence, or authority.

Because clients come from different roles, industries, and levels of responsibility, the exact structure is adapted accordingly.
However, there are some general principles that apply.

Format

Programmes are typically delivered as either:

– one-to-one sessions
– small groups (usually 2–4 participants)

Sessions are practical and discussion-based, focusing on real scenarios rather than general language study.

Duration

Most clients work over a period of 6 to 8 weeks.

This allows enough time to:

– identify patterns in how you currently communicate
– introduce more effective structures and approaches
– apply them consistently across different situations

Longer-term work is also possible, particularly for those in senior or evolving roles.

Fees

As a general guide:

One-to-one programmes: tend to range between £1,200 – £2,400, depending on duration and level of customisation.

What is included:

Programmes are designed to be focused and practical.

This typically includes:

– structured, scenario-based sessions
– detailed feedback on how you communicate
– targeted input on structure, language, and approach
– ongoing adjustment based on your role and needs

The emphasis is on applying changes directly to your day-to-day work.

A note on positioning

This is not general English training.

The focus is on how you communicate in situations where:

– decisions are made
– ideas are challenged
– conversations need to be led

For that reason, the work is most relevant for professionals already operating at an advanced level.

Before starting

Most clients begin with a short diagnostic session.
This helps clarify:

– where your communication is already effective
– where it becomes less consistent
– which programme (if any) would be most useful

In some cases, the conclusion may be that no programme is needed, or that a different focus would be more appropriate.

Final note

At this level, development tends to be less about learning something new, and more about refining how you already communicate.

Small adjustments, applied consistently, tend to have the greatest impact.
