Programme Roundtable Free Review About Insights Book a Free Review →

A free, honest conversation about how you communicate.

This is not a sales call. It is a structured 30-minute conversation focused on your real situations at work — not a language assessment, not a presentation from me.

By the end you will have a clearer picture of what is actually happening in the moments where your communication is not landing as intended. I will also be honest with you about whether working together would make a difference — if it is not the right fit, I will say so.

"The best diagnostic call feels like a great conversation, not an interview."

What happens in 30 minutes

The Review is structured deliberately. The questions are sequenced — each one builds on the last. You will speak for most of it. I will listen carefully and reflect back what I hear.

This is a diagnostic, not a sales call

Most discovery calls are really sales calls in disguise. This one is not. Here is what makes it different.

?
You speak. I listen.
You will speak for most of the call — around 70% of the time. My job is to ask good questions and listen carefully. The programme only comes up at the end, and only if it genuinely fits.
?
No presentation.
There is no slide deck, no pitch, no list of benefits. This is a conversation about your real situations — not a demonstration of what I can offer.
?
An honest conclusion.
At the end I will give you a direct assessment. If the programme is the right fit, I will explain why. If it is not, I will say so clearly — and suggest what might actually help instead.
?
Something useful, either way.
Even if you decide not to proceed, you will leave the call with a clearer picture of what is happening in your communication and where the gap lies. That is the purpose of the Review.

Before you book

"I'm not sure I have a real problem — just a general feeling something isn't working."
That is exactly the right reason to book the Review. Most people who come to this call cannot name the pattern precisely — that is what the call is for. You don't need to have a clear problem statement. You just need to have a feeling that something could be working better.
"I'm worried this will feel like a sales pitch."
It won't. The call has a fixed structure and a diagnostic purpose. The programme comes up at the end — and only if it genuinely fits what you've described. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you honestly and suggest what might actually help.
"Do I need to prepare anything?"
No preparation needed. It helps to have one or two recent situations in mind — a meeting or conversation where something didn't land as intended — but even that isn't required. The questions will bring it out naturally.
"What if I decide not to proceed after the call?"
That is absolutely fine. There is no obligation and no follow-up pressure. You will leave with something useful regardless — a clear picture of your communication pattern and honest advice on what to focus on next.
"Can my company pay for the programme after the Review?"
Yes. If you decide to proceed, the programme can be invoiced to your employer and a purchase order can be arranged. Many clients use their L&D or professional development budget. I can provide a programme overview document to share with HR or your line manager.
"I've tried coaching before and it didn't help. Why would this be different?"
The most common reason coaching doesn't work is that it stays too abstract. Every session in this programme works on a real situation from your working week. The test is not whether you understood something in the session — it is whether something was different in the room the following week.
