This website and the Leadership Communication Coaching Programme are operated by Colin Dorman, trading as Colin Dorman Executive Coaching ("the Coach", "I", "me"). For any questions regarding these terms, contact: barleymow64@gmail.com.
The Leadership Communication Coaching Programme ("the Programme") consists of twelve 90-minute one-to-one coaching sessions delivered online via Zoom or an agreed video platform, over a period of approximately 12 weeks.
Sessions are tailored to the individual client's professional context, goals, and challenges as discussed and agreed at the start of the Programme. The Programme is not a language course. It focuses on leadership communication, executive presence, and influence.
The Coach reserves the right to adjust session content, structure, or sequencing where this serves the client's development, in the Coach's professional judgement.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment payment, as applicable. Two payment options are available:
If the second instalment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching sessions until payment is made in full. Outstanding fees may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
All fees are quoted and payable in pounds sterling (GBP). The Coach is not responsible for currency conversion costs or bank charges incurred by the client.
The current founding client rate of £1,497 is available for enrolments confirmed on or before 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, the full programme rate of £1,997 applies. The Coach reserves the right to update pricing at any time, with any such changes taking effect for new enrolments only and not affecting existing confirmed enrolments.
Cancellations and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Clients may reschedule individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time within the same week or the following week. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows (less than 48 hours' notice) may be recorded as completed sessions at the Coach's discretion.
The Coach will provide as much notice as possible in the event of needing to reschedule a session, and will offer a suitable alternative at no cost to the client.
Sessions may be recorded by the Coach for the purpose of review and quality of coaching only. Recordings will not be shared with third parties without the client's explicit written consent. The client may also request to record sessions for their own personal review — please notify the Coach at the start of the session.
Recordings will not be used in any marketing or promotional material without the client's explicit written consent.
The Coach will treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's written consent, except where required by law.
In return, the client agrees to treat any materials, frameworks, or methodologies shared by the Coach as confidential and not to reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
All materials, frameworks, session plans, documents, and content provided by the Coach as part of the Programme remain the intellectual property of Colin Dorman. They are provided for the client's personal professional development only. They may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Coach.

The Programme is a professional coaching service. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. The Coach is not responsible for decisions made by the client as a result of coaching, or for any outcomes — professional or personal — arising from the client's participation in the Programme.
The Coach's total liability to the client under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total programme fee paid by the client.
Personal data collected during enrolment and coaching will be held and processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR. Data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the Programme and communicating with the client about their coaching. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
The client has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Coach at barleymow64@gmail.com.
Founding clients are asked — but not required — to provide honest feedback and a testimonial at the conclusion of the Programme. Providing a testimonial is voluntary. If provided, the Coach may use testimonial content in marketing materials. The client's full name will not be used without explicit written consent — testimonials may be attributed by first name, role, and industry only.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Coach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed at the time of the change.
