What we explore
Each session explores a different facet of change leadership — structured around peer discussion, not presentations. Every month a new theme; the same format throughout.
Why change really fails
The patterns behind unsuccessful initiatives and what leaders can do differently from the start.
Real buy-in, not compliance
Moving people from passive acceptance to genuine commitment what works, and what tends to backfire.
Communicating change
What to say, when to say it, and how to handle the questions you don't yet have answers to.
Influence without authority
Leading change when you can't mandate anything navigating politics, building coalitions, managing up.
Upcoming sessions
Every third Sunday of the month at 6:00 pm GMT. Sessions run for 60 minutes and are capped at 12 participants to keep the conversation meaningful.

How each session works
Predictability is intentional. When participants know the format, they come prepared — and the conversation goes deeper.
How we run these conversations
Who this is for
You're not looking for a textbook. You want honest conversation with people who are navigating the same complexity.
The roundtable is deliberately small — 8 to 12 participants only. That limit exists so every person in the room can contribute, be heard, and leave with something genuinely useful.

Your host
I've spent twenty years working with senior professionals on what actually happens in the room — the gap between what they think and what comes out when it matters most.
The roundtable grew out of those conversations. I kept hearing the same challenges from different leaders — resistance, communication, authority, momentum — and realised that the most useful thing I could do was create a space for those people to talk to each other.
I facilitate each session, but I don't present at them. The value comes from the people in the room.
"The most senior, most experienced leaders I work with are often the ones with the least honest conversation around them. This roundtable is an attempt to change that."
